Our Passion

We are a Tampa-based consulting team that focuses on food and beverage businesses ranging from resorts to the local mom and pop place up the street.. We realize that cookie-cutter handbooks and trainings are very limited in scope and do not begin to cover all the aspects that you may be facing. Instead, we strive to get to know our customers, the location, your demands and needs, and we set ourselves apart from the rest by creating customized packages that suit your location(s) accordingly.

Our four senior managers/ head consultants each have over 10 years (combined 75 years) of on-the-job restaurant experience at over 20 combined restaurants/resorts. We all have a passion for the food industry, whether it is watching our favorite food network show, dining and sharing our experiences with all of our friends, or preparing extravagant dinners for our family

The difference about our team is our expertise combined with our passionate down-to-earth approach to the training process and how we structure all of our consulting from the eyes of your customers.  For at the end of the day, it is all about them; ensuring they both enjoy their experience and tell their friends about their great times thus increasing your customer loyalty.

Historically, at every restaurant we worked, we created new systems, new ideas, new concepts that helped the management/owners make a better place. When there was an idea box installed, we often came up with a majority of the implemented ideas. When a server was up for promotion to manager, it was us first in line. When certain situations kept reoccurring such as customers always asking what items were during Sunday brunch, it was us to come up with the solutions to create a labeling mechanism. When busboys had little incentive to do a great job, it was us to create a new system that both saved management money and increased the desire to perform. In short, we are idea people who are passionate about food preparation and service and everything in between.
